What is Monthly Workshop & Boot Camp/Conditioning?

I generally provide 1 or 2 workshops every month. The topic varies; “How to Heal Lower Back Pain”, “How to Heal Shoulder Pain”, “How to Eat Smarter”, “How to Lose Fat”, “All about Core”, “How to Maintain Muscles”, “Hip-up Exercise for Apple Butt” etc.

Boot Camp/Conditioning is total body workout. Starting with fun agility ladder drill to warm up and strength training for large muscle groups integrated with balance, core, stability, and flexibility. We end with brief stretch. I guarantee you’ll feel so much better afterwards!
